Shyama Vijayaraghavan, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), is a seasoned corporate professional with over 15 years of experience in governance and compliance. A Commerce graduate with a postgraduate specialization in Finance and Marketing, she began her career with the ICSI Coimbatore Chapter.
Having served leading manufacturing companies, she streamlined regulatory reporting and strengthened board-level compliance under the Companies Act.
